8 CORNERS REDEVELOPMENT HEARING SLATED FOR SEPTEMBER 12
The Village has scheduled a public hearing on Monday, September 12 at 6:30 P.M. concerning the 8 Corners business district. The meeting will be held as part of the normal Village Board proceedings.
The purpose of the hearing is to roll out a proposed plan for the redevelopment of the 8 Corners business district, utilizing tax increment financing (TIF). Additionally, the hearing provides an opportunity for feedback on the approach from business owners and other stakeholders. The TIF boundaries are shown in the following map:
