The River Forest Zoning Board of Appeals was expected to approve findings of fact for variances requested for 1102 Franklin Ave. at a previous hearing.
The board also was expected to approve findings of fact for variances requested for 24 Franklin Ave. at a previous meeting.
Both requests were made at the March 10 meeting.
